Tuition Policies

A $50 registration fee (one-time fee) is due upon enrollment and is non-refundable.
Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month and will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
Upon registration, one month's tuition will be charged to secure a student's placement in the program.
Tuition is a flat monthly rate based on annual instructional hours and is not calculated by the number of classes in a particular month. Tuition will not be adjusted or prorated due to longer or shorter months, holidays, school breaks, student absences, weather-related closures, or other unforeseen cancellations.
A late fee of $25 will be assessed to all accounts with an outstanding balance after the 10th of the month.
Orza Academy of Ballet maintains a strict no-refund policy. Tuition, registration fees, performance fees, and any other payments made to the Academy are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Withdrawal Policies

Written notice of withdrawal must be submitted to the Academy by the 15th of the month preceding the student's final month of enrollment.
Families who do not provide written notice by the 15th will remain responsible for the following month's tuition.
Students who discontinue attendance without submitting written notice will continue to be billed until proper withdrawal notification has been received.
Attire Policies

All students should arrive to class with their hair neatly secured in a ballet bun.
Students may wear nail polish in clear or nude tones only.
No jewelry is permitted in class.
Returned Payments

A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks, declined credit card payments, or failed electronic transactions.
Accounts with outstanding balances may result in suspension of class and/or performances until the account is brought current.
Sibling Discounts

Families enrolling two dancers will receive a 10% discount on the younger dancer's tuition.
Families enrolling three or more dancers will receive a 10% discount on each child's tuition.
Important Notes

The Academy reserves the right to modify the calendar, performance dates, and scheduled events as necessary.
Additional rehearsals, performances, workshops, master classes, and Academy events may be announced throughout the season.
Participation in Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) and other regional or national competitions may be offered throughout the season. Additional competition opportunities and locations are to be determined.
Weather-related closures and emergency notifications will be communicated via email and posted on the Academy website.
Open Adult Division schedules during school holidays and breaks will be announced separately.
